AXIUM CAPITAL CORP. Established in 2002 with the focus on providing capital to small and mid-size commercial lenders. Over the years Axium’s ability to develop and accumulate yield allowed us to expand the investment mandate into other areas as a way of diversifying growth. Our lending model began to include equity investments in companies with good technology content, led by capable and highly motivated management with early-stage businesses opportunities. In 2008 we evolve into a "Family Office" style investment firm with an aim on producing two streams of growth, yields primarily from REITs and Commercial Lending and Equity Growth from longer term ownership positions.
Our two ground-up launches, Terra Cotta Private Wealth and Oxygen Working Capital, continue establishing themselves within their respective marketplaces.
Terra Cotta, and Oxygen Working Capital, both in their seventh fiscal year of operation, are blossoming enterprises that work directly with other small businesses and their owners. Terra Cotta Private Wealth and Oxygen Working Capital bring solid value-added industry based knowledge to both our clients and investment partners.
